Veloura Ethos Spectrum
Guiding Growth • Building Independence
We start with the person, not a program.
VES provides individualized, non-clinical mentoring, life-skills, in-home and community support for neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults. Plus practical guidance for the caregivers who support them.
We meet you where you are and help build routines, confidence, independence, and everyday skills that carry into real life.
No service menu to decode, just a warm conversation to begin.

Who are you looking for support for?
You don't have to know the "right" service. Start here, and we'll meet you there.

My child or teen
Looking for support with routines, independence, community experiences, everyday skills, or giving our family a little more support.

My young adult
I want them to build confidence, independence, life skills, and relationships, and to take part in their community.

Myself as a parent / caregiver
I need guidance, practical strategies, and resources, someone who understands what navigating everyday life can look like for our family.
We hear you. Here's where VES may be able to help.
Not sure where to begin?
You don't have to figure it out on your own. Schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call so we can talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether VES may be a good fit for you or your family.
No pressure, no program. Just a conversation to begin.
What could support actually look like?
Not a clinical "intervention", a picture of help woven into your family's real days. Tap an area to see what it might mean.

Independence might look like…
- Learning to order a meal on their own
- Preparing something simple at home
- Practicing a morning routine together
- Navigating a store or running a small errand
- Taking part in a community activity

Mentoring & skill-building

Independence doesn't mean doing everything alone.
For us, building independence means developing confidence, understanding yourself and your own needs, communicating what you need in your own way, making choices, and knowing when, and how, to ask for support. It means having the right supports around you as you grow.
That's the growth we guide. Not a program to fit into, a person, met where they are.
More about our philosophy
Meet Felisha
Founder, Veloura Ethos Spectrum
Felisha Brooks brings together graduate-level education in Applied Behavior Analysis, a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent children and young adults, and something just as important; years of listening closely to families.
She founded VES after hearing the same need again and again: families weren't necessarily looking for another program. They were looking for someone who could meet their person where they were and help everyday life feel a little more possible.
VES is intentionally relationship-centered. Whether you're working directly with me or, as VES grows, with someone I've carefully selected to support your family, consistency, communication, and trust will remain at the center.
Not sure where to begin?
You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
Tell us a little about yourself or your family and what you're looking for, and we'll help you explore what support could look like.
